Aware Partners · Venture Studio · Permanent Capital

People-first companies.
Work that outlives us.

Noygear is the startup studio arm of Aware Partners, a single family-office controlled private equity fund. We build a small, deliberate portfolio of real-economy software companies, funded from a single balance sheet, designed to compound both enterprise value and human capital.

We build real companies

We operate across three verticals: commercial real estate (Casa, Casita, March 2026), med-tech (May 2026), and ed-tech (September 2026), each inheriting a shared infrastructure layer and execution playbook.

Upskilling-native by design

Our founding partners previously led a UN-recognized, award-winning global upskilling program. That DNA carries through every Noygear build.

Compounding capital

Shared components, playbooks, and operating muscle carry from one venture to the next. Permanent capital means no liquidation pressure. Winners run on their own timeline.

Value of a currency = transactions ÷ units outstanding.

From that first principle, Noygear backs companies that bring real economic activity on-chain when it makes sense — and stays away from speculation, token games, and memetic flywheels.

V = Σ Transactions / Units Outstanding

Every venture we build carries a second non-negotiable: upskilling for everyone in the loop — users, vendors, and our own pods. Compounding human capital is the only moat we trust.

01 — Real

Real-world transactions

Work orders, clinical encounters, training hours — not tokens pointing at other tokens.

02 — Upskilled

Every user gets more capable

Every venture ships measurable capability gains for users, vendors, and the studio itself.

03 — Durable

Operator-owned

Software operators choose — not software sold around them or on top of them.

Portfolio — Spring 2026

Multiple ventures. One balance sheet.

The next generation of durable companies will develop the people who run them.

Upskilling is not a charity line item. It is a design primitive. Every Noygear venture carries an upskilling thesis into its operating model — which is why our flagship Ed-Tech company is launching alongside the studio, not after it.
